A passion project designed with many inspirations. Crafted and designed through many years.
The creator
Hello! My name is Rick and I have spent some years creating the world of Arora. Both the build in Minecraft and its universe in the website with its lore have been created by me.
I love to play games in a variety of genres in which I invest a lot of time. This project is the result of hundreds of hours in Minecraft, years of building since early 2021, and many inspirations. I hope you enjoy the world of Arora!

Inspirations
Escape from Tarkov

EFT has been an inspiration in regards to the esthetic of big shady companies with research. Maps like Labs and Reserve have been an inspiration for some underground parts as well like bunkers and Arora Labs.
Metro

A unforgettable inspiration are the Metro games. The esthetic of large underground complexes with all of its secret passages to explore adds to the styles I apply to my build.
Grand Theft Auto V

Many missions and heists in GTA V take place in large secret facilities which were also an inspiration to me. GTA V remains one of my most played games and added greatly to cool ideas for the build.
Helldivers II

Some specific parts in my build have been inspired by Helldivers. Specifically the Interstellar Destroyers were heavily inspired by the ships from Helldivers. I pretty much just wanted to build the ship and added it to the build.
Commendations
Many thanks for support to the following:

And of course, you!
For checking my works and showing interest.
Please note that some content may have been created with AI.
This has been avoided as much as possible.
You can hover over icons and images to see if they have been generated by AI or created by other creators via the mentioned commendations above.
If nothing shows while hovering icons and images, then it has been created by me.
I have sadly not been able to commend or attribute videos the same way as the icons and pictures that were used.
Videos are from Pexels and were converted to gifs using EZGif except for that GIF on the main page which has been made by me.
